First Friday Art Walks & Artist Talks celebrate the talents of our featured member artist each month. The reception is open to the public from 5:00-7:30pm at Gallery 510. The event is free to attend, and we provide light refreshments. The artist of the month speaks starting at 6:30 pm. Artists speak on a range of subjects from inspiration to special techniques. Occasionally, an artist even chooses to hold a brief demonstrate.
In coordination with the other downtown galleries, The Blue Connection and the Anne Lloyd Gallery, our speaking schedules allow patrons to hear all the artists speak. At the Madden Arts Center, the talk begins earlier at 6:00pm
It’s a great opportunity to learn more about the art, the artist, and to mingle with your fellow art-lovers. We hope you join us!
